Dr. Hebel graduated from medical school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. She then joined the Navy where she completed a transitional internship at the National Naval Medical Center and her residency in Dermatology at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego. She was Board certified in Dermatology in 2000. Because she wanted to specialize in skin cancer, Dr. Hebel went on to pursue a fellowship in Mohs Surgery at the Skin Surgery Center in Winston-Salem, NC. She is on active staff at Lancaster General Hospital.
A Board certified Dermatologist and Dermatopathologist, Dr. Sceppa graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and completed her Dermatology residency at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. She then pursued further subspecialty training during a Dermatopathology fellowship at the Ackerman Academy of Dermatopathology/SUNY Downstate in New York City. Dr. Sceppa specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of all skin conditions, including skin cancer, acne, psoriasis, hair loss, eczema, and other skin rashes. She is also able to provide in-office diagnosis of biopsies of various skin conditions and growths. She is on active staff at Lancaster General Hospital.
A Board certified Dermatologist, Dr. Mueller graduated Magna cum Laude from Virginia Tech in 1999 and 2001 for her Bachelor and Master degrees, respectively. She then graduated from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2005. She completed her training in Dermatology at Drexel University in Philadelphia in 2009. She specializes in all areas of medical dermatology, including therapy for psoriasis and acne, full skin examinations, non-Mohs dermatologic surgery, as well as, cosmetic procedures, including soft tissue fillers and sclerotherapy and laser therapy for a broad range of conditions, including hair reduction, telangiectasias, and tattoo removal. She is on active staff at Lancaster General Hospital.
Dr. Heilig graduated from the Pennsylvania State University Schreyer Honors College and received her medical degree from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in 2008. She then completed her residency at the Penn State/MS Hershey Medical Center in 2012. Following her training she practiced at The Polyclinic in Seattle, Washington. She now resides in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Dr. Heilig is a board-certified dermatologist and specializes in all areas of medical and surgical dermatology and is on active staff at Lancaster General Hospital.
Dr. Lawson, a native of Lancaster County, graduated from the University of Maryland majoring in neurobiology and physiology in 2006. She obtained her medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine in 2011. She then completed her residency at the Howard University Hospital in 2015. She is looking forward to using her expertise to care for patients specializing in the areas of general, medical and surgical dermatology as well as possessing interests in ethnic skin care and hair loss. She is on active staff at Lancaster General Hospital.
Dr. Lucking, a native central Pennsylvanian, graduated from Gettysburg College with a Bachelor of Sciences in Biology and then completed a Master of Science in Integrative Physiology at the University of Colorado at Boulder. She then obtained her medical degree from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine and completed her dermatology residency at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, NM. Dr. Lucking is looking forward to using her expertise to care for the patients of Lancaster County in all aspects of dermatology including general, medical, pediatric, and surgical. She is on active staff at Lancaster General Hospital.
Desiree received her Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from West Chester University, West Chester, Pennsylvania. She has extensive experience working as a research chemist at several international pharmaceutical companies. She received her Master of Science degree in Health Services from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Prior to joining our practice, she worked in internal medicine in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania and in rheumatology in Dunedin, Florida. Her experience in rheumatology gives her advanced knowledge in the treatment of autoimmune and joint disorders.
